This evening’s sunset was too stunning not to share. Thank you God!
About This Blog
Howdy and thanks for stopping by! I'm weirdly obsessed with individual liberty and feel it's not given enough credit as being a necessary factor for living a truly empowered and fulfilled life.
Whether it's self serving politicians who are constantly trying to make victims out of us, or the negative fixed narratives we impose on ourselves that limit what we can do, we are constantly giving up personal power over to some person or thing which ironically only shrinks our world further.
This blog is about sticking up for freedom and hopefully opening up a deeper conversation on what it's meaning is, how it enhances our own empowerment and why it's so important to protect.

I wish I had known you were posting this, I would have snapped a pic of this morning’s spectacular sunrise – thank you electromagnetic spectrum for filtering light through the earth’s air pollution, allowing only the red and related longer rays to penetrate the smog —
(Spectacular sunrises and sunsets were reported all over the world for two years following the eruption of Vesuvius, the year it covered Pompeii!)

I’ll be sure to check with you before my next post. I’m glad too that the “electromagnetic spectrum” offers you such awe and inspiration. Good luck with that. 😉

Nicely snapped! Beautiful picture! What a gift is this beautiful earth of ours, eh? And life. And love. And happiness, laughter, music, smiles, freckles, dew, other people, beauty, generosity, sweetness…all wrapped up in a glorious sunset. Oh yes, and the ability to perceive it all, and have a nice camera nearby! 🙂
Really beautiful post, Tricia! Loved the “Thank you, God!” part!
Best,

Oh well thank you x! It IS a gift this world of ours for sure, and God truly blessed me that day with the scenery. I literally just grabbed my cell phone and started snapping, not much skill involved.

Wow! That’s a cell phone picture?!?
They’re putting great cameras in cell phones nowadays!
Still and all, while your modesty is very becoming, the composition of the picture shows a real flair for the artistic. It’s a really pretty picture!
I haven’t yet perused the rest of your blog (as I will in upcoming days! 🙂 ), but I’m guessing that the artist’s sensibility will appear in other ways in your writings as well.
Best,
